- Move-In/Move-Out, vacant apartments, and common areas (hallways): We may take before/after photos and photos of any existing or discovered damage (stains, scratches, broken items, etc.) for documentation, quality control, and reporting to the property manager/owner and, when applicable, the tenant.
- Regular recurring cleanings (occupied homes): We do not take interior photos unless we have permission from the homeowner/authorized contact.
- Privacy-first: We avoid photographing people, personal documents, or sensitive items whenever possible.
- No public use: Photos are shared only with authorized contacts through our secure system and are never used for marketing or public posting without written permission.
